We completed a full review of the preventive maintenance procedures, created and implemented BOMs in BlueMountain RAM, and developed work plan templates for assets missing PM/CAL schedules. We also assessed and presented available modules like Non-Conformance, Barcode Scanning, and Logbooks to strengthen compliance and streamline operations.

This project streamlined asset management and preventive maintenance across facilities and laboratories. We developed and approved standardized asset categories, naming conventions, and location descriptors, then updated and created records in CMMS/EAMS to ensure consistency. Preventive maintenance tasks and calibration schedules were authored and entered into eWorkOrders based on manufacturer guidelines and system requirements, establishing a reliable, scalable PM program.

We developed a robust maintenance program aligned with ISPE guidelines, covering system inventory, risk assessments, and critical asset analysis. The project included CMMS integration, preventive maintenance planning, calibration protocols, documentation standards, and spare parts management ensuring safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance across all facilities and equipment.
